Care for Stomach Ache
Stomach Ache is a common discomfort that we face time to time which happens due to digestion problem or constipation.
It happens to all of us. Our unhealthy food habits such as irregular meals, excess intake of greasy and processed foods, skipping meals and drinking less water are some of the reasons we deal with stomach aches. The unpleasantness can be avoided but with time constraints, strict schedules and so much pending work to do, we compromise on our health. Which disturbs the digestive system of the human body and causes stomach ache. So we take the easier way out. Maybe order from a fast food joint or munch down on a quick bite or just not eat. But even with healthy eating habits and drinking enough water, we face stomach issues. So it gets to the best of us. This can happen if we’ve consumed difficult to digest foods, such as processed foods, an excess of dairy products, acidic foods etc.
So what do we eat?
It’s simple. Eat everything.
But the trick is moderation. It would be a good time to refer to the food pyramid we learned about in school.
